IP Problem with FTP
I was wondering if any of you had seen this before.
One of my customers reseller accounts has had problems with ftp. None of his customers can log in to ftp. So I have tried it and it appears that it is all falling down on the IP.
I can log in to his customers ftp accounts perfectly fine if i use the server IP, however, if i try logging in with his IP then it comes up with user unknown. Again, same thing happens if you do it name based as it resolves to the new IP.
Its worth mentioning that his ftp account is working just fine, (which is on the same IP) but not any of his customers.
This is the only one of my resellers thats having this problem, no one else is. Dont know if its worth mentioning, but this is on a new IP that was added about a week ago.
Any help would be really appreciated.
