Webmail issues

Hi,

For few of my clients having this issue. I am using cpanel.

When client try to send mail via outlook there is no problem, but when they try to use webmail it is not reaching to some of the email addresses. I can see the pending in mail queue.

I am not sure where may be the problem. I really appreciate for any suggestion or input.
