Backup Software / OS Using Symantec GHOST?

I have a server with few domains, and lots of changes that I did over
the months. I wanted to backup entire server and move it onto another
drive, bigger or maybe I can find the same kind.

Is it possible to have Symantec Ghost Software or any sort to
have the entire Drive ghosted.

I wanted to find out if I can backup this / do it once a month
and have things just in case.

Another reason is:
hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
kernel: hda: dma_intr: error=0x40 { UncorrectableError }, LBAsect=174638, sector=78248
kernel: hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
kernel: hda: dma_intr: error=0x40 { UncorrectableError }, LBAsect=174638, sector=78248
kernel: hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
kernel: hda: dma_intr: error=0x40 { UncorrectableError }, LBAsect=174638, sector=78248
kernel: hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
This is the first time that I got it. Another reason might
be is, the heat?, sudden reboots, this COLO center had a power not long
ago. Power outage. I've been there few times, they are moving things
to a new place and left very few behind. Now that I am thinking about it
it might get HOT in there they use that as a multimedia / design center
as well.

I run WebMin as well and I can go into the drive settings, edit IDE
Parameters and disable DMA if it would help; or use a Different Transform
Mode, i.e. UltraDMA 0, 1 or 2...

Did a TEST Speed:
Buffer cache: 221.42 MB/sec
Buffered: 36.01 MB/sec

Any tools/tests to scan/check for errors or fix/find bad clusters?
