I recently signed up with a new host. everything was great until two days ago. Then I could no longer access my site http://69.10.11.141 the host is telling me the problem is with eart***** (who provides my cable connection) many of my users can access my site except for one who shares my isp and my neighborhood, though the ones who can access it say it goes down at least once a day. Any recomendations as to what I can do about this? Is the problem really my ISP? If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.
