Moving MySQL to new box

I have MySQL set up on my old box (Cobalt RaQ) and got the SQL statement in a file and was thinking of transporting that to my new box (CPanel/WHT based Linux). This has to be installed at root level since these are root level databases.

I cannot find an option in WHT to allow me to do that and it seems that Cpanel has it but that only allows me to install at the client account level through PhPMyAdmin .

How do I go about this ?
