Irc --
I want to install/mantain a IRC system so that:
1. The sites that I host can signup for a room/channel.
2. They can admin/configure their own channel/room.
3. Clients from their sites will go to their own rooms/channels.
4. Users from my master-site can see the whole list of channels.
Please let me know the best IRC systems for this purpose. I want it to be
1. good looking
2. easy configuration
3. secure
