I was about to try ModernBill. They say you must have Zend Optimizer installed. Can anyone help me with installing it in Redhat 7.3/Cpanel 5.3? I downloaded a "tar" file, now what do I do with it? Can I install it via FTP, or do I have to use a (gasp!) command prompt?
