Harddisk Partition Format ? Ext2, Ext3 or Reiserfs ?

I just ordered a new harddisk which was installed to my Cpanel/WHM server and am prepared to format it.

It prompted me with the options of formats :-

1) Ext2
2) Ext3
3) Reiserfs (Journaling)

Which should I select ? Basically, it would be use for backups and probably sites.
