Redundant server setup!
I got a question about how to setup two redundant servers to mirror each other on a day or weekly bases so as soon as the main server goes down for what ever reason (DNS failure, hardware failure, network problem, disaster...) the second one instantaneously would take over.
The two servers are in totally different physical location and different network.
Can someone help me on this? what is the procedure step by step to setup this infrastructure?
I only know how to do this for DNS failure by adding the secondary DNS of the second location for all the domains, but how about network or hardware failure? How can I redundant that?
