Proof of NOT spamming???

Hi,

Someone has accused my server for sending out spam emails. I am sure my server is NOT involved in spamming, but I need to prove the same on documents. I must show the print-outs of log files to prove my statement. So, please help me to know, Which are the log files, that can show that, those emails are not being send out of my server?

I have Plesk Server Administrator 5 RPM version installed on my server.

What could be the other documentry evidence to prove the same.
