Well for one , i must say all of my hosting customers are not random people whom just happened to fall upon my site . Most of them are friends , and friends of friends . Some are people i have consulted , and they have purchased an account... Anyways , i know myself , im always looking around , checking prices , seeing what b/w people are using , etc... . All the normal investigation work one would do to make an informed decision , prior to purchasing an account . Just cause im curious . Now im wondering if my hosting customers are doing the same thing . What are some of the things you guys do to keep customers interested ? I for one always notify my customers of new cpanel themes , updates , things of that nature . I recently started sending out newsletters about bad viruses/trojans that are new and infecting people alot .Me personally , i like change , dont know why ... im thinking/hoping for some reason , alot of people dont
