Problem with mail in WHM/Cpanel Web mail

I tried "Email to all users " option in WHM but it did not work.

Message said Email sent but no account pn server received any e-mail I was testing to send. I tried to enter different addresses inf From field and they are all valid but the problem stays.

The problem is in the Web Mail Neomail and Horde. I tried to send e-mails from this web mails programmes but no e-mail was delivered to any accounts.

E-mails sent to the addresses on server receive e-mail OK. E-mails sent through Outlook Express are working fine.

What could be the problem
