Web Stats - Advice Required

I want to be able to track website visitors from their point of origination (where they come/came from), which pages they visit and which exit page they use.

I've used Urchin and that has something called the 'Urchin Tracker'. That involves an shtml code in each page you want to track.

Urchin is too expensive and too bothersome for me to install.

Does anyone know if there's an alternative? It doesn't matter if it's one of those 'free stats' sites or one where I have to pay a reasonable fee.

I've been trying to find out if such a code can be used with AWStats, Analog, Webalizer etc, but to no avail.

Any help greatly appreciated.
