nameservers for reseller - help
This is a long post
Notes:
ns1.nameservers.co.uk, ns2.nameservers.co.uk, domain.co.uk are all the clients
ns1.serverdns.com. ns2.serverdns.com are mine
I am have a few problems
setup up a reseller account for a client I am using WHM to do this.This is what I done in WHM.
1. Login into root whm
2. make an account with nothing set just domain, username and password
3. go into the reseller center, Add Reseller Privileges for that domain
5. went into Edit Reseller Privileges/Nameservers and setup, space and done the tick boxes
6. setup the nameservers ns1.nameserver.co.uk and ns2.nameserver.co.uk
7. assign ip address to each nameserver and add A entry for each nameserver
8. edit domain.co.uk to add the 2 A record in for the nameservers
Then I look in edit a dns and see there an ns1.nameserver.co.uk and an ns2.nameserver.co.uk been setup as you can see below
ns1.nameserver.co.uk|14400|IN|NS| ns1.serverdns.com
ns1.nameserver.co.uk|14400|IN|NS| ns2.serverdns.com
ns1.nameserver.co.uk|14400|A|69.xx.xx.115
localhost.ns1.nameserver.co.uk|14400|A|127.0.0.1
ns1.nameserver.co.uk|14400|MX|0
and above the serial number is has ns1.severdns..com

ns2.nameserver.co.uk|14400|IN|NS| ns1.serverdns.com
ns2.nameserver.co.uk|14400|IN|NS| ns2.serverdns.com
ns2.nameserver.co.uk|14400|A|69.xx.xx.116
localhost.ns2.nameserver.co.uk|14400|A|127.0.0.1
ns2.nameserver.co.uk|14400|MX|0
and above the serial number is has ns1.serverdns.com
Does this look right to you ? if not what wrong with it ?
Then I spoke with someone on icq and told me to delete ns1.nameserver.co.uk and ns2.nameserver.co.uk so I did, then everytime I did a dig command for ssh it said the domain was pointing at webfusion nameservers
so I went in to the CPanel forum and ask should I go and add this A record's back in by click on add A record for both of the nameserver and I was told yes, so I did that, then I did a another dig command and it said domain.co.uk was point to ns1.nameservers.co.uk and ns2.nameservers.co.uk what was correct.So my client asked a friend to transfer over a .com domain name and I also did the same, the first time it failed due to the .co.uk nameserver not being registered so my client email 123-reg and they register the nameservers with opensrs
The client got there friend to transfer it again so I did a dnsreport.com look up on that domain and got:
In the root bit of dnsreport.com it has.

NS2.serverdns.com. [69.xx.xx.114] [TTL=172800]
[These were obtained from j.gtld-servers.net]
and in the NS bit is has:

ns1.nameservers.co.uk. [TTL=14400]
ns2.nameservers.co.uk. [TTL=14400]

ns1.nameservers.co.uk.
ns2.nameservers.co.uk.
FAIL Missing nameservers 2 ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the root servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
NS1.serverdns.com.
NS2.serverdns.com.
However mine nameserver are working correctly
What is going on here ?
