Spam Blocking Statistics

I am working on an article for an upcoming project and I can't find these stats anywhere and was hoping you good people might have some ideas.

What I want to know is what percentage of ISPs/networks use one of the major spam blacklists and therefore what percentage of email (legitimate or otherwise) would get blocked.

For example, I send out my Happy Easter Card to 1000 friends who use 1000 different ISPs or networks and if I'm blacklisted how many approximately would bounce.

Note I'm not talking about filters, per se, that block based on the contents of the email but those services that block based on IP address like SPEWS, SpamCop, etc.

Thanks,
Mark
