Proftpd Update and Cpanel
I tried rpm.
Then I tried recompiling from source. I can see that the binary in /usr/sbin is version 1.2.7 by running the -v switch. However when I logon to my virtual accounts, they are still on the Cpanel 1.2.4.
I need to know how to either upgrade it or to reinstall Cpanel 1.2.4 as something is broken in the version I have. It seems when I chmod a directory without exec rights, I will get a Permission Denied when I try to enter the directory, even though I am logged in as the main user for that account.
