Need help...how can someone help me build my sie??

Hi, I have recently aquired someone who is going to help build my site along with me. The only prblem is my friend lives in Florida and Im in MO. I was just wandering are there any waysfor this to work. He has certain pages he said he will update for me...

Since I use frontpage and Dreamweaver to make my site do I have to give him my password to acces my site so he can build it through dreaweaver/frontpage??

Or is there another way, becuase he does not use any programs, but is real good in html and java. Is there any other way he can update it for me. If I give him mypassword to my control panel may he access my site and change and work with the html himself?
