Pinging one server from another (problem)
We are in the process of transferring CPanel accounts from on server to another. When we try to perform this it gives the following error:
Attemping to package account...
The remote server ***.**.***.** unexpectedly terminated the connection. (connection not allowed from this server?)
(please note the ip address it gives is the server we are trying to copy to ie. the server we are executing the cpanel comand from)
When we try to ping one machine from the other (or in reverse) they never find each other, the same applies to an NSLookup.
Both machines are located on the same network (Rackshack) and one of the machines (the one we are transferring from) has transferred files from another server before.
Any help anyone could give would be much appreciated. If you need me to copy the contents of any particular file just ask and I'll be happy to provide.
