Apache failed - commenting user out not sufficient - can anybody help?
A user has caused apache to fail twice in the past week. The problem were solved in both cases by commenting out the user in the httpd.conf file. - CPanel.net, however, says that it isn't sufficient just to comment the user out. If the user does not exist - which he doesn't, they say that I should delete the vhost entry for them, rather than just commenting them out.I don't know where to do that. Does anyone here know what file and entries in that file to look for.
Thanks
John
