Random "Hey it worked!" page displayed
One account displays the Apache page at random times, today it displays that page more than it does the index page.
I checked the error logs, didn't notice anything obvious. All other accounts on the server are fine and respond as expected.
Any particular reason for this to happen to just one account? Any pointers as to where I should look? I am assuming a corrupt entrie somewhere.
I do have that account backed up, so I could just delete and re-create.... but I would rather find tha cause.
