How to find hosting company with tracing or IP?

Here is a question. One hosting company offers shared hosting and it is always stable.

Now I want to know without asking them (because they wan't tell) with which company they rented dedicated servers?
Do I do with traceroute or IP, how do I find that company that sells servers with content from tracing ?
How do I find that company?
