Moving customers
i need to move customers from my server to a new server, but i dont want make any problem, so i want know for the site that are using the Mysql how can i do if when i will move it and the dns are in propagation a few of user will surf on the old server and other user will server on the new server so example if someone make a post on a forum or for a site that have a ecommerce script will have 2 different db mysql... i hope that i have explane my problem
I think that a solution for the forum is to change all the forum with the ip of the new server... is right?
but how about ecommerce site or other site that are using db?
What other informationc could u give me to move this account?
