Connecting to a CPanel/RH server via ETRN

Is it possible to download all of a customer's domain mail to their internal mail server using etrn on a RH7.x/cpanel server?

Do I need to turn something on or is it already installed?

If possible, do you use the domain's master user account info to access all the email accounts?
