Where is WHM's files???

Hi
I cant locate WHM files.
I use cpanel/WHM 5.3. I find cpanel's files (i translate that to my local language) but i cant find WHM's files (for example: http://www.XXXX.com:2086/scripts2/wwwacctform -=> Create new accont page.. i try to find this file via find / -name "wwwacctform*" -print but there is no results. where is it?)

And how can i configure cpanel and WHM's standart ports (2082, 2086 etc.) ??? I cant find it at httpd.conf or /etc/services
