Interchange 404 and 500 error !!

Hello,

I have interchange installed on RH 7.2 with WHM/Cpanel.
The user module of interchange works just fine, but the admin module has an intermittent problem.

Some times it is working and some times not with 404 or 500 erros.

Tried updating /scripts/libraries, /scripts/fixinterchange,
restarted but all in vein.

Any one, why is this happening ???
