AIM user soliciting payments under our name!
There is someone on both AIM and MSN using the name of my company to solicit money for game servers. He is representing himself as being us and asking people to send cash. Now I hope nobody is dumb enough to do that, but what recourse do I have since he hasn't directly targeted me? AOL has ignored my e-mails and so has the USPS.
Any suggestions?
