Weird Email Problem << Need Help
Starting about 2 days ago... a few of of the users could not send/receive emails. Alot of them could, but a few couldn't. I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with the email client they're using, because all the ones that are affected are using different versions of Outlook. What I found out is that, the affected ones are on a router. However, I believe that they do not have the email port blocked since it's been working for them till the last two days. I haven't changed any settings on the server and the problem just arise out of nowhere.What i'm guessing is that the email server has some sort of authenticating system and blocked them. Since they are on a router and do not have a real identity. Or perhaps i'm wrong. I need desperate help. The server is running cPanel and here are the various error messages they're getting:
