HELP - How do I enable SMTP AUTH on CPanel?

I checked and it seems that SMTP AUTH has not been enabled in my CPanel server. So how do I enable it?

I suspected someone's using the mailserver to send spams, but I don't have any idea to locate it. Could you please help me out?
