Harddrive upgrade question with CPanel....

I've got a 40GB primary drive and 20GB /backup drive (that does the WHM nightly backups). I've got a new 60GB drive that I need to replace with the 40GB.

What would be the easiest and fastest way to upgrade the 40GB drive to the 60GB drive? I'm running WHM so I was thinking that doing a backup restore was 1 way, but I wanted to get your opinions first.

I, obviously, want to transfer the data from the old drive to the new drive with the least amount of downtime. I read that straight up copying the drive isn't good because the partition tables come with it and will limit the new drive to 40GB.
