RAM problems? How to detect?

Hi!

I think i have a server with bad ram. So, i need a program to do a check to the ram, in order to see if the problem really is with the ram. In two days, the server crashed twice, and this is very weird.

So, if anyone could give me some names / urls to downlaod a program to check ram would be very nice
