Need help with domain not resolving

Ok here is the problem one of our resellers has a domain that will not resolve. I have been working with him for the past couple days and has given me permission to list the domain here for possible other avenues of help.

the domain is midtownmusic.org

Now about 1/2 time i did a who is lookup i got a domain unregistered now after about 2 days it constantly shows registered. He has opened a ticket with go daddy and they show everything ok.
However when i do a search on any whois besides go daddy I get a unheard of domain

Nameservers are working for him and there are zone entries for this domain on the server
