I have a redhat 7.3 server, and its using 97% ram and 0 swap. i know this is not normal. my webhost upgraded kernal and ever since i been getting this, i will restart it will go to about 21% within a few mins go up to 81%. and serivces are failing and restarting. any one know any otyher reason besides kernal.
