Cerberus public user tools error
I'm getting the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/section5/public_html/tickets/config.php on line 23
Line 23 is where you select the ques people can choose from. It looks like this:
$departments->add_department("Support","support@section5.net");
In cerberus itself, I have created a Support que with the email address support@section5.net assigned to it (I haven't installed the parser yet, but I doubt that has anything to do with this error).
Any ideas? It's probably something small I've looked over.
BTW, I find it strange you don't have to specify the directory you installed cerberus in anywhere in the user tools config file, as I installed the main program into /helpdesk instead of /cerberus-gui
