NNTP server

I think we are going to venture to setup a NNTP server for all of our clients. I have a couple of questions:

1) Any doc's on setting this up?
2) I know its quite a bit of bandwidth and takes quite a bit of hardware. We are going to offer all the binaries too so I imagine do 48 hour retention and 4 servers * 400 GB each and a dedicated 10 MBit connect?
3) Anyone have any clue how much space that will require?
