Cpanel phpMyAdmin returns blank page

Very odd thing. Moved all of my accounts to my new Dual Xeon server with Cpanel. The server rocks! runs pretty darn good, but still tracking down some bugs.

sql and php are working, I have a vBulletin setup that is very happy.. lol. But, some of the other database driven stuff did not import properly, so I set out to fix it. Went to phpMyAdmin thru Cpanel, but it simply returns a blank page. Cpanel phpMyAdmin returns blank page

I looked in /cpanel/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin and it *looks* right... or at least the files are there..lol. I can even look at the contents of the phpMyAdmin index page in vi.

Sooo, that being said, where/how would a guy go about finding out what is up?

Should I consider simply re-installing phpMyAdmin?
Will running easyapache fix this? (dumb question..sorry)

I am probably missing something simple... so any help would be great.

RH7.2 Cpanel server (with ensim removed).
mysql 3.23.54
php 4.3.0
