PhpBB login problem !! through Cpanel
A client of mine has used the Cpanel and installed the PhpBB through it. After creating the board, he gets a message from the system to use his Cpanel login information to go to the administrative section of the PhpBB board that he just created.
The problem is, when he tries to login to the board using his cpanel user name and password, he gets an error "the login information provided is incorrect".
I am also hosted on the same server and i have no problem in creating the board and accessing the "Admin" section of the PhpBB.
Has any one else faced this problem ?? and any suggestions as to what should be done.
