Locked myself out of my W2K Server
A little funny I know
I was locking down this new server, making sure everything was Tight.
IpSec, Heavy editing of the Local Security/User Policy and much more.
I am using 2 programs to remote admin: VNC Sever and Terminal Services.
When I try to log on via either of these I get the error message:
"The Local Policy of this system does not allow you to log on interactively"
I have no idea how this happened...I could have sworn that the permissions in:
/Local Security Policy/Local Policies/User Rights Assignments/Log On Locally/
and
/Local Security Policy/Local Policies/User Rights Assignments/Deny Log On Locally/
Were set right.
Mind you I am trying to log on with users from the Administrators group.
So, any advice?
