BIND Name Server and IP Change

Ok i have a red hat server running bind server and sendmail server. Unfortunately i have to change the ip address of my server as i am switching ISPs. Now the questions that need answers from experienced and professional people are.

1) Will this affect my server? In any case.

2) Assuming i will have my registrar change my name server ip address will these have to wait 48 hours before resolving or it only applies for name resolution which in my case i wont be changing the name of my server but it's ip?

3) Will this affect my mail server in any case? Again assuming that i have changed my MX record in my name server.

4) I also have an IIS server that will need ip change. Will this affect my web server. Assuming that i have already change the cname and A records in my name server.
