apache has reached max clients ?
Apache has reached the MaxClients
limit. cPanel has increased the MaxClients limit to 170 (10 higher).
Does this mean max connections ? or maximum accounts on the server ?
at this time cpu was at .25 and memory was at 38% so I dont see that as a real problem ?
