I have atleast 2 cpanel servers whose awstats is not running nightly. If I check the error log, it complains about the conf files not being available. The conf files are in the /home/user/tmp/awstats directories and are being created nightly. I can update the stats manually via a script in /scripts/. But this is not feasible.
I submitted a ticket to Cpanel 3 days ago and get no response despite several further pleas for assistance and contact with their aim support.
Anyone have seen this and fixed it or know how to get darkorb to answer?
