Why is this happening - telnet

Hi,

A client is having this problem: ISP SMTP host does not allow relaying, because he use hisdomain.com as his reply and from address, the server thinks he is relaying mail.

This is what he gets if he telnets into hisdomain.com 25 at our server:

220-host.domain.com ESMTP Exim 3.36 #1 Thu, 06 Feb 2003 07:40:14 -0800
220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited,
220 and/or bulk e-mail.
h500 error
elo
500 error
500 error

500 error

Why is this happening? - He were just moved to above server. He didn't experience the same problem at the old server.
