SSH Protection on a CPanel machine....oxymoron?

If you login to SSH on your CPanel-based account, do 'cd ..' then 'ls', you can view all the accounts on that machine. By going into their directories, you can view their scripts and most importantly, passwords in scripts.

How do you set it up so a user will only have access to their files and aren't able to steal scripts, passwords, etc.? I have a few users that require SSH access for their site, so not having it isn't really an option (for those of you who were going to suggest just not allowing it).

I'm interested to hear what kinds of things you can put in place to not allow this type of thing.

Thanks in advance.
