I've contacted Cerberus, but maybe in the mean time, someone here can lead the way. I've got Cerberus HelpDesk installed on my servers, but stuck on the parser/piping point. Where on earth is config.xml? Do I need to create it? I see ppl talking about CPanal, and such. Should I be able to configure this in my control panel? I with HostMatters, and not sure what brand control panel they use. I have shell access, so no problem there.
