Cisco Router Question

Hello Everyone:

I have a question. We are working on a Cisco 2500 series router at the local school board and we are trying to figure out how to do something. We need to configure the router to force all of the web traffic through to a proxy filtering server we have setup. We want all of the other traffic besides web traffic to continue as it is now going through Net Enforcer. We just need to change the "website traffic" part over to a different server on port 8080.

Please help me if you can.
