Email forwarding problem?
Hello,I need your help in the following issue. The problem is:
Client domain name is clientdomain.com and he has some Forwarding accounts e.g
abc@clientdomain.com - > abc123@yahoo.com
xyz@clientdomain.com - > client@hisisp.com
When he is trying to send a email to abc@clientdomain.com from his another site hisname@anothersiteclient.com, he is receiving back the message to hisname@anothersiteclient.com as Forward message rather than Forward that message to abc123@yahoo.com.
When I tried to check the account by setting up one new Forward account as
shikha@clientdomain.com -> shikha@promotehost.com
The forward works for me but not for Client. I tested this by requesting him to send a message to my support@promotehost.com + shikha@clientdomain.com. I received the message at support@promotehost.com but not received the forwarded message to shikha@promotehost.com which should come from shikha@clientdomain.com.
I am unable to understand what is the problem. Please help.
