High server load- should I restart Apache or reboot server?
I'm noticing unusual server loads on our server (~3) and running top doesn't seem to reveal anything. Is there any other command I can run that more refinely displays what's eatting up my server resources?
If still nothing, just wondering whether restarting Apache might clear things up, or is a server reboot necessary?
