I've been having this problem for the last week or so, and I am completely stumped--one of my domains is down, and I have no idea why. When I first noticed the downtime, and noted that it could be still accessed through the IP address, I immediately logged into WHM to check out the DNS records. Lo and behold, the nameserver information seemed to be a bit off. (I am still not sure as to how that occured.) It took a grand total of 30 seconds to fix it to it's original state, and restart the nameservers. But it still wouldn't load via the domain. So I thought there might've been some issue with the nameservers that the domain was set up with, but upon a quick WHOIS and login to my domain CP, I noticed they were fine.
I finally just gave up and deleted/recreated the account yesterday, but it's still not working. I've already checked every possible problem I can think of(restarting the nameservers, httpd.conf, DNS records)... I am completely frustrated. It's still only accessible via IP.
Does anyone have any idea as to what could be the issue here?
