seting up sub domain

hi, i have a reseller account and i'd like to setup a new account which, will use a subdomain.

For example, my main domain is www.domain.com and i create a new account to use: sub.domain.com

I always brough to www.sub.domain.com, i know that i have to edit something in the dns record, but have no clue, could any1 help me?
