BW ACCT, virtualhost and virtual IPs

I'm trying to set up BW ACCT < http://www.bwacct.org/ > on my server, because I need to monitor correct bandwidth usage for (some) virtualhosts. I normally use Webalizer which is fine, but it seems to have a problem when a website gets more then 100K hits during a day to get the right KB of transfered, and besides I need to know the amount of incoming traffic as well.

However BW ACCT (as far as I can understand) needs one IP per virtualhost, which I don't have of course - I only have one official IP per server, could get more, but don't see the use to pay for that. So my question is - is it possible to set up "internal fake or virtual IP" for domains so that BW ACCT can create a Iptables chain for 127.0.0.2 with domain1 and 127.0.0.3 with domain2 and so on.... of course this means I will have to have some sort of rules to go with it in Iptables so that visitors from the outside still reaches the virtualhosts by the servers official IP.

I don't know if that was nicely explained... I hope you all get what I'm asking for...

On second hand suggestions for other tools for monitoring bandwidth usage of virtualhosts are welcome as well - but I like the interface and the use og MySQL with BW ACCT.
