If You Know Apache/RH Linux -- I Need Help.

Hi,

We operate RH Linux, Apache web servers in our web hosting business. We operate CPanel frontend software on each of our web servers.

Software: RH Linux 6.2/Apache 1.3.27/Cpanel 6

Since we've upgraded Apache to version 1.3.27, we have noticed that Apache is failing several times per hour. Apache reboots itself, but during this time, all sites get an error when attempting to view them....

ERROR: Server Hangup

I am a pretty good tech, but this problem has me stumped. Can you tell from the logs below, what is happening and how I can solve this.

Thanks.
